Function std::tcp_parse

int tcp_parse(&PacketBuf pkt, unsigned long offset, &TcpHdr hdr_out)

Parse TCP header from pkt at byte offset offset. Returns 0 on success, -1 if the packet is truncated or the data offset is invalid.
