generic<S, D> int tensor_convert_into(const &DenseTensor<S> src, &DenseTensor<D> dst)

dst's values = src's, rounded to dst's element type (any pair of FloatTensor / HalfTensor / BF16Tensor, including fp16 <-> bf16). Shapes may differ; sizes must match (0 otherwise). Not a graph node -- for that, see DenseTensor::to_float / from_float.
