1 if $SAFEC_GUI_BACKEND is "headless" (always 0 where there is no environment: WebAssembly, bare metal). The platform backends' gui_platform_backend() check it, so any GUI program can be run without a display (CI, servers) by setting SAFEC_GUI_BACKEND=headless.
